- On-site installation and machine commissioning is generally performed by REL’s project engineers. We work quickly to get you testing and getting high quality results as soon as possible; therefore once technicians are on-site after system delivery, installations are completed within 1-2 days.
- Our project engineers offer on-site customer training at the conclusion of the installation and commissioning process to get you comfortable with your new test equipment. SHPB experts are also available for on-site visits as requested by customers for complex system training and troubleshooting.
- REL customer support includes quick response problem solving and customer support. Our engineers are able to evaluate machine functionality, identify problems, train customers, and upgrade software products without need for on-site visits.
