Machined Parts

The need for precision machined parts is paramount to the success of product deployment. Hundreds of components are machined in house at REL to reduce the time required to build equipment necessary to produce your product. The in-house capability also reduces the exposure of production equipment prior to product launch. The machining capabilities of REL ranges from machining intricate die surfaces for casting and molding operations to machining metal matrix composite components and the more standard equipment related machine components. A fully equipped machine shop consisting of a CNC machining center, a CNC lathe, and several manual lathes and mills make fast transition from the idea and design of equipment to reality.

REL has recently become ISO certified in part machining.
